We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s what you need to know about canceling your order with us:
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
- To request a cancellation, email us at info@hisworddesigns.com with your order details.
Custom & Personalized Orders
- Custom or personalized orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Late Cancellation Requests
- If your cancellation request is made after the allowed timeframe and your order has not shipped, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
- Once your order has shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted, and you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy.
Pre-Order Cancellations (if applicable)
- Pre-orders can be canceled at any time prior to their scheduled shipping date. Contact us for details.
Processing Time
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
