Where are you located?

We are based in Washington State, USA, where every design is crafted in a faith-rooted home studio.

Do you take custom orders?

We offer personalization on many of our products, and we’re open to thoughtful custom requests that align with our values and style. If you have a faith-based, wedding, nature, or meaningful idea you'd like to explore, feel free to reach out with your concept or logo. While we don’t create brand-new illustrations or logos from scratch, we love collaborating when the fit feels right!

What kind of materials do you use?

We primarily use engraved wood, leather, and stainless steel, alongside a few printed sublimation pieces as we transition to all engraved goods.

Are your items food safe?

Boards for food use are treated with food-safe mineral oil and/or wax. Decorative boards may be lightly sealed. Always follow included care instructions.

Can I personalize an item?

Yes! Many of our products include a personalization field at checkout for names, dates, or a short message. Check the listing details for what’s available.

Orders

Can I make changes to my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If the item hasn’t entered production, we’ll do our best to accommodate the change.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Our packaging is simple and elegant, with the option to add a gift message. Bulk or corporate gifting options are available by request.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our processing time is typically 3–5 business days. Shipping within the U.S. takes about 2–5 business days via USPS. International shipping may vary.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently offer international shipping to select countries. However, please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is based on weight, size, and destination. Orders over $75 in the U.S. qualify for free shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are handcrafted and often personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, please contact us if there’s an issue—we want you to love what you receive.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please reach out with photos of the packaging and item within 3 days of delivery. We’ll work with you on a solution as quickly as possible.
