Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy (30-Day Returns)

We understand that sometimes a product might not be quite right. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Proof of purchase or receipt will also be required.


How to Start a Return

Email us at info@hisworddesigns.com to request a return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@hisworddesigns.com.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if there are any issues. We’ll replace damaged or defective items at no additional cost.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
